Scope

Manage $6.28M ARR book of 25 enterprise accounts. Lead pre-sales solutioning, post-sales delivery, integration architecture, and AI agent adoption — generating $1.98M in new revenue across the portfolio.

Built & drove
  • Enterprise Portfolio Re-ArchitecturePersonally reviewed and re-architected all enterprise accounts in portfolio, migrating clients to new product versions and improving integration health, scalability, and performance.
  • AI Inbound Sales Agent & Training Agent AdoptionDrove adoption of AI Inbound Sales Agents and AI Sales Training Agents across enterprise portfolio. Led discovery, change management, and hands-on enablement per account.
  • Survey Feature MVPDesigned and built an MVP survey capability by adapting Further's existing webform tooling with custom JavaScript and CSS. Subsequently served as primary technical advisor to Engineering during the development and productization of the v2 feature.
  • Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) Troubleshooting ToolBuilt internal tooling for Support and Customer Success to diagnose and resolve Dynamic Number Insertion issues — reducing escalation time and engineering dependency.
  • Enterprise Project Management Tracking SystemBuilt shared enterprise project management tracking system to coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and client stakeholders.
  • Internal Technical Enablement TrainingLed internal technical enablement training for Support and Customer Success teams, improving technical depth and reducing dependency on ad hoc engineering escalations.
  • Integration Engineering (4 Net-New + 100+ Customizations)Engineered 4+ net-new integrations end-to-end and contributed to 40+ integrations, while customizing 100+ integrations across CRM, CMS, and data platforms to meet unique enterprise requirements.
  • Pre-Sales Technical SolutioningLed pre-sales solutioning engagements for enterprise prospects, translating complex business requirements into scalable, integration-driven architectures.
  • Platform Bug Identification & Cross-Functional ResolutionProactively identified 15+ critical platform bugs by monitoring client environments, then drove root-cause analysis and cross-functional resolution to minimize client impact.
  • Task Tracker Agent (Glean AI)Engineered a multi-step AI agent using Glean's Agent Builder. Uses enterprise search steps to pull task data from Zendesk, JIRA, Slack, and Email, then applies a custom priority matrix to assign priority levels, a task-type rubric to classify each item, and a summarize step to produce a one-line description. Sends a markdown-formatted Slack message with a prioritized top-10 list, with remaining items below — each including task type, priority, source link, and description.
  • Documentation AgentArchitecting an AI agent to identify missing or outdated product documentation by leveraging Glean enterprise search across release notes, Notion docs, and MR history. Uses a code interpretation step to review feature MRs and Jira tickets, then applies an intended audience matrix to determine whether internal, external, or both documentation types are needed and fills in a template accordingly. A QA agent reviews the output, routes it to the appropriate engineering team's Slack channel, and stores it in a Notion database with a 'reviewed' flag for human approval and iteration.
  • Salesforce SMS Widget (v2)Helped architect and maintain v2 of a custom Salesforce SMS widget for an enterprise client. The widget live-syncs SMS lead conversations from the Further platform into the client's Salesforce Contact page. Led discovery, architecture, and testing for v2, which added deduplication and contact merge logic to make the integration more seamless.
